The 5 Support Channels and Resources Available After Signing Up with Kartra to Achieve Your Business Goals

This article is going to outline the support options you have available to you to achieve your business goals using Kartra.

The Kartranaut training is a free membership, or course, that Kartra created and keeps up to date.

It aims to introduce you to all the features that Kartra offers.

It also introduces to many of the common funnels that are use by digital marketers to grow your business (and offered as templates in Kartra after you sign up).

You’ll then know when to use each of the funnels and how to use them.

As discussed later, Kartranaut also hosts all the link and videos to QA webinars.

As much as you love or hate Facebook, the Kartra Facebook group is an invaluable resource.

You can join the group even before you’re a member.

I’m a member of the Facebook group (so you’ll see my face pop up now and then), and many of the Kartra Experts discussed later are members as well.

In the group you can post any question you may have in regards to Kartra,

“Can I do this with Kartra..”

“I’m running into this issue..”

“I cannot work out how to achieve this with Kartra”

And often many very experienced members will drop comments in regards to a solution, a workaround, or a great tip.

Official team members of Kartra will also at times drop videos and articles with quick tips.

The Facebook group is really useful, and you’ll learn many creative or more efficient ways to do things with Kartra that you may not have even thought about.

Kartra Webinars

Resources and groups are helpful, but sometimes you want to have real-time feedback and to be able to have a back-and-forth.

Kartra hosts live QA webinars every Tuesday and Thursday at 1pm Pacific (at the time of writing, this may change) with members of their team.

The older ones are a bit less organized because you have to find them in the blog but what I really liked is that they include transcriptions so you can search for a certain topic.

Important: The older ones will not be as relevant because Kartra is obviously developing and changing as time goes by, but there are still great concepts discussed that still apply

1-on-1 Consultants and Kartra Experts

Kartra Experts are freelancers, consultants, and agencies that Kartra have vetted. These experts have applied and Kartra has determined they have good knowledge of the platform and capabilities.

You can only view the list of experts once you have already signed up for Kartra (this is an affiliate link and 14-day trial if you’d like to support me)

But, this does not mean you must hire someone blindly (as Kartra mentions in their FAQ). Each Kartra Expert will have their own:

Price points
Specialties and experiences within the Karta ecosystem e.g. webinars vs. landing pages
Focuses on different industries
Locations and time-zones
Languages
And most important, personalities

So it is still important to talk with a few and see who you fit best with and you feel you have great communication with.

Within the Facebook group discussed earlier, many of the Kartra Experts pop up now and then, so the answers to questions you post in the group are often high quality.

Special Mention: Kartra Trello Board for Feature Requests

This section is a bit different, it is not quite “support”.

But when you sign up for Kartra, or you’re thinking about signing up for Kartra (this is an affiliate link and 14-day trial if you’d like to support me), you may at times think,

“Oh, I wonder if they’re going to do x. Are they going to implement y”.

And this Trello board is exactly that.

Kartra allows members to submit feature requests, members can discuss those feature requests, and you can also ultimately see which features Kartra officially intends to implement.

Kartra team members will sometimes post teasers or sneak-peak images of these features in development in the Kartra Facebook group.

Important: Kartra does not give official timelines or dates for features. I can understand their reason for doing this because I come from a background in computer science and programming.
